THESE ARE WONDEROUS WEATHER DAYS

I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH THURSDAY EVENING TO CATCH THESE CANADA GEESES FLYING PAST THE MOON
Thursday, with another fine evening shaping up and sundown set for 6:30 p.m. I was out the door heading for my walking road about 6:10.  I could see farmers busy in their fields working both in their bean and corn fields.  With no wind, it was a nice walk followed by a coffee to go at Clinton's Tim Hortons.  From there, it was a slow drive through Clinton out into the countryside, and over to my night sky spot.  In the field right across from where I parked, a farmer was busy burning the midnight oil with his tractor and manure spreader.  Although hard for me to see in the dark, he loaded the spreader from a pile of manure in the field, then hooked his tractor to the spreader and off he went into the night.  On the way home I saw more farmers out their fields working by the light of the Moon and powerful lights on their tractors and combines.

ON THE WAY TO MY WALKING ROAD I SAW THIS FARMER WORKING WHAT MIGHT BE A BEANFIELD

 SAME FARM
THIS TRACTOR HEADING WEST ON BAYFIELD RIVER ROAD HAD TWO GRAIN WAGONS ON BEHIND THAT MIGHT HAVE HAD CORN IN THEM
 A PARTIALLY HARVESTED CORN FIELD

THURSDAY EVENINGS SUN WENT DOWN IN A CORNFIELD AND LUCKILY DIDN'T SET THE FIELD AFIRE
AT MY NIGHT SKY SPOT WITH THE MOON UPPER RIGHT, THE COMMUNICATION TOWER ON THE LEFT, AND THE LIGHTS OF CLINTON ON THE HORIZON
THIS IS THE FARMER ACROSS THE ROAD LOADING HIS MANURE SPREADER
A SCHMOZZLE OF LIGHTS  ON MY WAY HOME
OH-OH THOSE EYES IN THE NIGHT ARE COMING MY WAY
THEY ARE BEGINNING TO TAKE ON SHAPE AND COLOR
THAT'S A COMBINE ON THE LEFT TRANSFERRING ITS LOAD OF CORN INTO A GRAIN WAGON BEING TOWED BY A TRACTOR ON THE RIGHT, AND THEY CAN DO THIS WITHOUT STOPPING
AND THAT WAS IT FOR ANOTHER MIGHTY FINE EVENING IN THE COUNTRYSIDE
Raked up some leaves and took a walk around the property with my leaf blower this morning.  There is a sunburst locust tree in the front yard in front of the sunroom, and its tiny finger-sized leaves can make quite a mess.  There are still a lot of leaves on the trees, so I have a lot of raking ahead of me.  Most of those leaves will come down in the next big wind and rain storm.

Aired up the E-Bike tires and checked the batteries earlier today as well. Lorraine rolled in about 11:45 and was soon busy in the kitchen making the whole place smell warm, homey, and cozy. She was so busy, we forgot to head out on our bikes, which was alright with me because the air felt pretty chilly and it would have felt a bit uncomfortable if we got up to speed.  We nearly hit 60F today, and that's a bonus for this late in October. These are wondrous weather days.

GROANER'S CORNER:(( A guy was driving in a car with his little Moron friend. He told him to stick his head out the window and see if the blinker worked. He stuck his head out and said, "Yes, No, Yes, No, Yes..."

A guy goes to the psychiatrist.
Doctor," says the guy, "I feel as if I'm two different people! Two totally different personalities!""Do you think I need help?"
"Can you help me?" "Am I doing the right thing seeing a psychiatrist?" "Whoah! Whoah! Whoah!" says the doc. "One at a time, please."
