A FEW OF THIS MORNING'S PHOTOS

LOOKING EAST ACROSS A GROWING CORN FIELD ON THE WAY TO GODERICH THIS MORNING
I never have to push myself to get up in the morning but I do sometimes have to push myself to write this blog every day.  On other days it is my photo hobby that challenges my enthusiasm. Today is one of those blah writing days so I'll just leave you with a few of this morning's photos.

THE DOG WALKING AREA AT GODERICH'S ROTARY COVE HAS RE-OPENED AND THEY HAVE PUT IN A REALLY NICE WIDE PATHWAY
I WAS GLAD TO SEE THEY COMPLETELY REBUILT A SMALL WALKWAY BRIDGE
LOOKING WEST OUT OVER LAKE HURON FROM THE BRIDGE
THIS AREA IS A FAVORITE HANGOUT FOR DUCKS AND CANADA GEESE
THE RECONSTRUCTED SHORELINE BANK ENDS HERE
WITH HIGH WATER LEVELS A FEW YEARS AGO ALL THOSE ROCKS AND PIECES OF CONCRETE WERE COMPLETELY UNDERWATER
 A CORMORANT DRIES ITS WINGS
LOOKING SOUTH ALONG A FOGGY SHORELINE
 HEADING BACK TO THE JEEP
I SURE HOPE THEY FIND A BETTER LOCATION FOR THIS MARBLE-LIKE BOULDER THAT WAS SAVED FROM THE  FIRST PHASE OF THE SHORELINE RESTORATION
Al's Music Box:))  Why Worry by the Dire Straits from the album 'Brothers In Arms'.  1985

GROANER'S CORNER:(( Thought I saw my first ever real life super hero today.  He was running down our street wearing a cape...  Turns out he hadn't paid for his haircut!

How many crime writers does it take to change a light bulb?  Only one, but it has to have a really good twist at the end!

Why do vampires believe in life after death?  Because they know it's all in vein!

- Why did the vampire go to art school?
Because he wanted to draw blood!

I recently joined a support group for people who talk a lot.  We call ourselves On and On Anon.

The peacemaking meeting scheduled for today has been canceled due to a conflict.

Bertha Belch, a missionary from Africa, will be speaking tonight at Calvary Methodist.  Come hear Bertha Belch all the way from Africa.

  1. So many great photos today Al. It is hard to choose the best. I think the Cormorant is my favorite.... Love all the sunshine on the water.
