MAYBE IT'S THE REMAINS OF AN OLD SHIPWRECK

IF THIS LOG SHACK HAD A 'FOR SALE' SIGN ON IT I MIGHT HAVE WALKED OVER AND KNOCKED ON THE DOOR:))
My turn to drive for our semi-monthly country road coffee tour so under cloudy damp skies I headed on over to Richard's this morning.   He had the Hyundai rental car to return so I followed him to Goderich.  That done, we grabbed a couple coffees and carrot muffins to go at McDonalds and headed south down Highway 21 stopping at a few mobile home Parks and properties along the way.  The reason for doing that??  Because we could and we were both feeling a little extra nosey this morning:))

NOT SURE WHAT'S ON THIS FLATBED TRUCK IN THE HARBOR BUT I SAW ALL THIS STUFF SITTING ON THE DOCK A FEW DAYS AGO....I'M SPECULATING IT MIGHT BE THE REMAINS OF AN OLD SHIPWRECK
YOU CAN SEE ALL THE TINY MUSSELS ON IT WHICH MEANS IT HAS BEEN UNDERWATER FOR QUITE SOME TIME
IN BAYFIELD'S VERY OWN BAYFIELD BREEZE IT SAID ABOUT THIS WRECKAGE.....'THE FINAL CHAPTER IS BEING WRITTEN,  MORE IMAGES AND DETAILS TO FOLLOW IN ISSUE 756''
AND, THIS MACHINE BEING LOADED ONTO A BARGE THIS MORNING MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE BEEN THE MACHINE THAT BROUGHT THAT WRECKAGE UP FROM EITHER THE RIVER OR THE LAKE BOTTOM
Home again and with a light drizzle in the air, I contented myself with staying in the house for the rest of the day.  I thought to myself, hang in there Al, it's only 3 days to the beginning of a new year and then it's pedal to the metal with lengthening sunnier days to Spring:))

A LOT OF RAIN WATER LYING AROUND IN SOME AREA FIELDS
Al's Music Box:)) Our Winter Love  is an instrumental composition by Johnny Cowell, which was a hit single for Bill Pursell. Pursell's version was recorded in 1962, and was released as a single in January 1963. While the Bill Pursell version is largely an instrumental, primarily piano with strings, some riffs are vocalized by a chorus of female and male singers. While it wasn't intended to be a Christmas song, some easy listening and adult contemporary radio stations have the Bill Pursell version on their Christmas music playlists.

REALLY?? I WONDER HOW THE COUPLE WHO OWN THIS SAILBOAT ACTUALLY GETS ALONG
GROANER'S CORNER:(( A father and son are out shopping for Christmas presents for their family.  The son asks, "What presents are my sister and I going to get?"  The dad answers, "I got you guys an iPad and iPod."  "Wow, thanks," the son replies, "What will you give mom?"  The dad says, "Your mom is getting an iRon."

Q: Why was Adam a famous runner?
A: Because he was first in the human race.

A woman went into a busy cake shop and when it was her turn to be served she commented, "You know, I came into this shop 15 years ago when I was just a girl.  The harassed shop assistant snapped,  "I'm sorry about that but I'm serving as fast as I can."
